This recognition means so much to the 'All Together' team. It reflects our commitment to helping people with learning disabilities and autism build skills, and confidence, to progress into work, volunteering or further education. Through person-centred support and encouragement throughout our training programmes, we help people thrive in work and in life.
Our trainees are at the heart of 'All Together'. Their voices, ideas and experiences help shape and improve what we do. Our trainees are not simply trainees; they are an important part of the 'All Together' team and we look forward to celebrating their achievements.

15 Year Anniversary
We celebrated our 15th anniversary at our charity shop and training centre on 26 and 27 June, with food and refreshments generously provided by local businesses. Past and present graduates, staff, volunteers and their families joined former staff, supporters, those who helped establish ATE, a local councillor, our MC, members of the Leith business network, funders, collaborators and the wider community. Over two days, we shared stories and photos and enjoyed plenty of smiles, games and fun. Press coverage helped raise our profile and strengthen our social media presence. We were also delighted to welcome representatives from other social enterprises, local councils and funding organisations, creating valuable opportunities to connect, collaborate and support one another.
